Megan completed her 200-hr Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Bali // Yoga Alliance Accredited. As a Psychology graduate, she loves understanding people and what makes us truly happy. With a passion for yoga and Wellbeing, and over 7 years working in HR and Learning & Development (CIPD L5 Qualified), she brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of Workplace Wellbeing. She specialises in helping you find a connection in the mind and body, and creating flow state.

Jess is a 1Rebel Trainer who coaches Ride, Reformer Pilates and Reshape (Strength and Conditioning). She is a Level 3 certified Personal Trainer and a pre and postnatal specialist. Jess trained as an actor and helps her clients with confidence and communication. Her ethos as a coach is to help people take up space, using training as a tool to access this. Her expertise and 10 years in fitness and motivation will empower you to reach your full potential.
